OpenCourseWare and Localization: Bringing Together Old and New Technology to Increase Accessibility

As a greater diversity in OpenCourseWare material is offered, it becomes apparent that a need to understand the diversity of potential users and their cultural contexts exists. This presentation will discuss localization at national perspective, within the multitude of subcultures that are found in large multi-cultural countries.
