We are structuring the meeting to result in a tangible list of recommend practices for organizations who create or distribute OERs, as well as commitments to implement these practices. This meeting is the result of a number of parallel discussions held with the Hewlett Foundation regarding interoperability and use/re-use of Open Educational Resources.
